BELLINGHAM, Wash.-- Integral Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ITKG), a pioneer in conductive hybrid plastics, announced today that it is moving its conference call originally scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 4:30 PM EDT to Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 4:30 PM EDT.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we have had some significant positive developments of late and we feel it will be a far more informative call if we delay it until June 25," said Doug Bathauer, Integral's CEO.
