Doug Bathauer, Board Member and CEO of Integral Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Bathauer drives the development and implementation of company strategies. Prior to CEO, Mr. Bathauer was Vice President of Corporate Development for Integral Technologies and was responsible for Integral’s corporate development efforts which included corporate communications, business development, and capital funding. Before joining Integral, Mr. Bathauer worked with some of the leading firms in the financial services industry providing financial and investment advice to early stage and small growth companies. Over his career Mr. Bathauer has advised a broad portfolio of corporate clients including consumer product, technology and renewable energy companies, assisting them in raising capital, corporate restructuring, and establishing national distribution channels. He is a graduate of Purdue University.
James Eagan, Board Member and Chairman of the Board of Integral Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Eagan is a former satellite telecommunications executive and a co-founder of ORBCOMM LLC. He led pioneering efforts in the mobile satellite industry where he was responsible for launching low cost satellite services in North America and Asia Pacific. Prior to ORBCOMM, Mr. Eagan was with Lockheed Martin and started his career as a naval officer. He is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles and received his MBA from George Washington University.
Herbert Reedman Jr., Board Member and President of Integral Technologies, Inc., and President & CEO of ElectriPlast Corporation
Mr. Reedman directs the daily activities of ElectriPlast Corporation. A 40 year automotive veteran, Mr. Reedman was co-founder and Managing Partner of Vantage4, LLC a marketing and consulting firm to the automotive industry and headed operations for Reedman World Auto Center, a position he held until his retirement in 2005. During his tenure in the automotive industry Mr. Reedman participated on numerous corporate advisory boards including advisory boards for Jaguar Cars, Ford Motor Company, General Motors Corporation, GM Credit Card, General Motors New Product Development Committee, GM CRM Board, XM Satellite Radio and OnStar.
William Ince, Co-Founder/Board Member and CFO of Integral Technologies Inc.
Mr. Ince is a co-founder of Integral Technologies. Ince directs accounting and operations. Mr. Ince’s track record includes over 30 years of accounting experience in both private and public business sectors.
Rick Blumberg, Esq., Board Member of Integral Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Blumberg is a graduate from the University of Illinois with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science and from Stanford University with a degree in law. Over the course of his extensive, multifarious career, Mr. Blumberg has worked tirelessly to put that proficiency to use. He has acted as one of the principals of a medical-legal and class action labor litigation firm, achieving judgments in the hundreds of millions of dollars. He has served as CEO of leading wind power development company Energy Logics, and, while there, oversaw the buyout of the company, which went on to successfully develop a 120 MW wind farm in Montana. Most recently, Blumberg has worked as a venture capital entrepreneur in high-tech and life sciences companies and is also currently a major shareholder in Insync Analytics, the co-developer of an analytical trading tool presently used in-house to trade stocks and commodities.
Mohamad “Mo” Zeidan, Chief Technology Officer of ElectriPlast Corporation
Mr. Zeidan directs materials research, product development, design initiatives and the technical support team for Electriplast Corporation. Prior to joining ElectriPlast Mr. Zeidan was Chief Technology Officer of the Electrical Division for top Tier 1 automotive supplier Lear Corporation and later, the Director for Hybrid Engineering/Advanced Engineering/Systems Engineering for Lear. Mr. Zeidan has more than 25 years of senior engineering experience including leadership roles with United Technologies. He is a recognized industry innovator, holds 11 US Patents and has consulted for numerous automotive OEM’s and Suppliers.
Paul Mackenzie, Global Sales Director of ElectriPlast Corporation
Mr. Mackenzie has built and directed national and multinational sales teams across several industries including residential and commercial mortgage and automotive. Mr. Mackenzie helped develop and pilot programs with Ford, General Motors and Chrysler to provide personal transportation to the men and women of the US armed services who were serving overseas and he has traveled the world extensively in pursuit of professional achievement. Prior to joining ElectriPlast, Mr. Mackenzie served as Executive Director of Digital Marketing and Technologies for Vantage4, LLC an automotive consultancy firm where he developed national sales and marketing strategies for client products and services. Mr. Mackenzie was born in the UK and travels to Europe frequently.
Ken Cereska, Senior Material Specialist of ElectriPlast Corporation
Mr. Cereska brings to Electriplast More than 25 years experience as a specialists in the industrial materials field. In his most recent position as Senior Wiring and Materials Specialist for Tier1 automotive supplier Lear, Mr. Cereska was responsible for analyzing, evaluating and incorporating wire harness materials products, including primary wire, tape, tubing braided sleeves and ignition wire. He has worked extensively with the supply base to identify and develop new materials that offered cost savings, quality improvements and manufacturing benefits. At Electriplast, Mr. Cereska oversees product development, testing and certification of new composites and is part of the ElectriPlast Technical and Design Support Team.
Scott McArthur, Investor Relations of Integral Technologies Inc.
Mr. McArthur fosters and maintains shareholder relationships, relays up-to-date information, and assists in raising capital. Scott’s passion for emerging technologies is exemplified by his dedication to attracting attention and growth in the conductive plastics industry and his previous experience as an investment consultant for a publicly-traded gold-mining enterprise.
